1. Any merchandise that has been delivered or picked up will be considered final sale.

2. Sale of floor models and clearance items are final sale.

3. Special order considered final sale after order been placed with the manufacturer.

4. All furniture has A warranty from the manufacturers. Floor models, clearance items, lamps, accessories, and rugs are not covered by warranty.

5. Layaways are accepted with a 50% deposit toward the total price of purchase. The remaining balance must be paid within 6 weeks of the initial deposit. Only after the order has been paid in full the item can be picked. ONLY a store credit can be Issued.

6. All merchandise must be paid in full before delivery or pick up.

7. Payment for floor models, clearance items, and pick up orders must be paid by credit card or cash. If paid by a check, allow up to 14 business days for the check to be cleared.

8. Orders that will not be delivered must be picked up within one week of purchase date within the hours of 10am-6pm Monday through Saturday or by appointment. Any completed purchase that has not been picked up within 7 days from date of purchase will incur a storage fee of $25 per day until it has been picked up.

9. Because special orders are subject to fluctuation in manufacturers’ schedules, our suggested date of delivery should be considered as an estimate.

10. The markings, colors, and overall appearance of natural stone and wood will vary from one piece of furniture to another.

11. All Placed Orders or custom orders are considered final sale.
